I visited on January 2022 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. from the minute we stepped into the hotel the first time until our last day in Barcelona, my husband and I were really thankful with the experience and glad we did not book in another hotel. The staff (all of them with no exception) were all amazing! If you go there make sure to ask about Edward as well, he is Super nice and super helpful! he made sure that our experience was at its best and always helped us with everything related to our stay and our tourism plan without even asking him. Edward if you are reading this thank you to you and your best team :) the location of the hotel was at the center of many attractions - walking distance to all of the main areas in the city. also it is surrounded by supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, all the necessities that you might need. some people wrote reviews about the size of the room. to us it was perfect since we were tourists so we were going to spend most of our day out. also regardless of the size of the rooms and its closeness to each other, the hotel and its location were very quiet not noisy inside at all, unlike our experience in the rest of Europe. So we did not hear any noise coming in from the outside, nor noise coming in from the inside (kids, or any noisy guests). Finally, their beds were amazing and really comfy. we did not get to try their breakfast but definetly will do it next time.

My boyfriend just got into his dream university and not thinking too much of it I asked the hotel, if it’s possible for them to make it a little bit more special for us, especially for him. They called me to ask for some details: what university is he going to, do we want balloons, what snacks does he prefer (sweet/salty) and if we want a champagne, I was really shocked that they wanted to be so prepared. My boyfriend didn’t know anything, it was supposed to be a surprise, and lady at the reception didn’t disappoint! she was discreet about the cause of our “random” upgrade, Everything was as I imagined and even more! My boyfriend was really happy and I was also, about choosing this hotel for our small celebration, which they made unforgettable, thank you again the best hotel in Barcelona!

They even delivered a hand written note with a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries to our room as they knew we were on our honeymoon and wanted us to enjoy our experience. Lara and Guillermo (sorry if I spelt this name incorrect) were exceptional. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, in a fabulous location (walking distance to all the shopping and La Rambla). The rooftop bar and pool has one of the best views of the city, and a great place for drinks and nibbles during the day or afternoon. The hotel rooms were spacious and really comfy. All in all a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

Fantastic Staff. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location. Stunningly decorated yet laid back. We felt special from the moment we arrived. It was our wedding anniversary and we received and upgrade.... a bottle of bubbles , some chocs and a lovely note. My main reason though for this positive review is that we had our flight cancelled and it was gone 11pm. We called the hotel and they found a room for us. It was basic compared to what we had but we were so grateful. They also reduced the price to compete with the Airlines refund policy and the next day improved our room and Included breakfast. Amazing show of a personal experience which is rare in a 5 star hotel in a city

The breakfast was very good (there is a buffet and an à la carte menu included, which offers great choices). The gym had everything needed for a holiday workout (although it is small - only 2 people at a time can truly work out). The room was clean and very comfortable. We got an upgrade upon our arrival, but the room seemed to be of average size (so the regular ones might be small). Location is perfect for visiting Barcelona (very central).
